StarGSM provides digital mobile software solutions, including but not limited to network unlocking, firmware flashing, and remote software repair. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

To successfully deliver our services, you must provide accurate information about your device, including the exact model, carrier, and IMEI number.

You are solely responsible for ensuring the information provided is correct. Services that fail due to incorrect information provided by the user are not eligible for a refund.

You are responsible for backing up all personal data (photos, contacts, messages) before initiating any software repair or firmware update. StarGSM is not liable for any data loss that occurs during the service process.

Mobile software modification carries inherent risks. While we use professional tools and tested firmware, you acknowledge that:

Modifying your device’s software may void its manufacturer warranty.

StarGSM is not responsible for any hardware failures that become apparent during the software repair process (e.g., a device that fails to boot due to a pre-existing failing memory chip).

All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if a service is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers.

All content on this website, including logos, text, graphics, and service marks, is the property of StarGSM or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
